At Salud! Holistic SPA, our providers dedicate specific time and resources to your wellness journey. To maintain this high standard of care, we operate under a Strict Non-Refund Policy.
All purchases for "Today's Exclusive Offers" and "Package Super Offers" are final. No monetary refunds will be issued once a purchase is completed.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full service amount. We strongly recommend providing adequate notice if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment.
Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment results in a 100% forfeiture of the service fee. Our providers reserve their time exclusively for you, and no-shows prevent other clients from accessing care.
We allow a one-time rescheduling of your appointment if requested at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Additional rescheduling requests are not guaranteed.
Gift cards and service packages are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They must be used by the original purchaser or designated recipient within the validity period stated at the time of purchase.
