Name, email address, phone number, and health intake information provided during booking.

Payment Data

Processed securely via Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

We use cookies to enhance site navigation and analyze site traffic.

How We Use Your Information

• To manage and confirm your spa appointments.
• To send "Today's Exclusive Offers" if you have opted-in.
• To improve our holistic services and website functionality.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share information with service providers (like booking software) necessary to complete your transaction. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS and Text Messaging

Where you give us your mobile number and tick the SMS consent box, Salud! Holistic SPA LLC may send you text messages about your inquiry, your appointments and, where you have separately agreed to them, promotional offers. Consent to receive text messages is collected on its own — it is never bundled with consent to email or to phone calls, and it is not a condition of purchase.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Opting out is honoured immediately and permanently, and does not affect your appointments or any other way we contact you.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure payment processing, and regular security audits to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

Data Retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as we need it.

• Account details such as your name, phone number and email are kept while your account is active. If you do not use our services or the App for 24 months, we delete or anonymise your account.
• Appointment and treatment history is kept for 7 years after your last visit, to meet health record keeping and tax obligations.
• Payment records are kept for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. We never store full card numbers; card details are held by our payment processor, Stripe.
• Text messages and in-app messages are kept for 24 months and then deleted.
• Marketing preferences and opt-outs are kept indefinitely, so that we never contact you again after you unsubscribe.

If you ask us to delete your data we action it within 30 days, except where we are legally required to keep it, for example treatment or payment records. Our backups are overwritten on a rolling 90 day cycle, so deleted data disappears from backups within 90 days.

Your Rights

• Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
