Terms and Conditions for SMS Messaging

Effective Date: March 3, 2026

By subscribing to Salud Holistic Spa (a brand of mediaXtreme) mobile messaging, you agree to receive recurring promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., appointment reminders, wellness tips, and special offers) to the mobile number provided at opt-in.

1. Program Description

Salud Holistic Spa offers SMS alerts to customers who have opted-in via our website contact forms, booking platform, or in-person at our spa location. Messages are intended to provide service updates and promotional marketing regarding our therapies (Laser, Meso, Carboxy, etc.).

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You can expect to receive approximately 2–4 messages per month depending on your appointment schedule and our current promotions.

3. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. Salud Holistic Spa does not charge a fee for this service; however, your carrier’s standard messaging rates apply for all sent and received SMS messages.

4. Supported Carriers

Our mobile messaging program is supported by all major United States carriers, including but not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon Wireless.

5. Stop (Opt-Out)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to our number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you one final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

6. Help

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly by calling 646.956.5774 or emailing admin@123salud.net.

7. Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Salud Holistic Spa and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
