Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our electronic commerce programs and our SMS mobile messaging program provided by Salud Holistic Spa (operated by mediaXtreme), hereinafter referred to as “the Supplier.”

1. General Conditions of Sale

The person using our electronic commerce programs states that they act in their own name or have sufficient powers when acting on behalf of a company or institution (the “Customer”). By placing an order, the Customer accepts these general conditions applied to all commercial transactions made.

  • Registration: The Customer declares that the data contained in their registration is correct.

  • Validity: The Customer accepts as valid all orders made via this procedure and waives any opposition based on the use of electronic commerce programs.

  • Right to Reject: The Supplier reserves the right to reject, totally or partially, any order, in which case it will notify the Customer via e-mail.

  • Documentation: The Customer accepts that the documents and vouchers of the order are those issued by the electronic commerce programs.

2. Sales, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds: All payments are non-refundable.

  • Packages: Packages are not transferable. All sessions included in any package deal MUST be completed within a one (1) year period from the date of purchase.

  • Cancellations: If you must cancel or reschedule, it MUST be done 24 hours or more before the scheduled time of your appointment.

  • Missed Sessions: Any session missed without a 24-hour notice will be considered a “completed session,” and the Customer will lose the payment or the package credit for that session.

3. SMS Mobile Messaging Program

By providing your phone number and opting in through our website or intake forms, you agree to receive recurring promotional and personalized marketing text messages from Salud Holistic Spa.

  • Program Purpose: Messages include appointment reminders, service updates, and special offers.

  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s standard messaging rates apply for all sent and received SMS messages.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies (typically 2–4 messages per month).

  • Opt-Out (STOP): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to our number. You will receive one final confirmation text.

  • Help (HELP): For assistance, reply “HELP” to any of our messages or call us at 646.956.5774.

  • Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Privacy

Your mobile information and consent data are handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

5. Jurisdiction

The validity and interpretation of these conditions will be governed by the laws and courts of the domicile of the Supplier.


DATA PROTECTION:
All data requested are as part of the contract.
ELECTRONIC CONTRACTING:
the contract is made exclusively through emails sent between the parties.
AUTHORIZATION OF PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS:
the client authorizes that they can send communications to him of promotions by electronic mail whenever he can cancel at any moment.
